thank you very much,as far as I remember,I have read a small book titled شارل دي فوكو printed at north Africa,Tunisia may be,as I remember,no body ever converted by him,and he was died in a mysterious way,thank you for brought the memory alive,my best wishes,

This bordj was constructed in Tamanrasset in 1910 by the first french missionary arrived in this party of the desert, he was called Charle de Foucault. The photo was taken inside the small chapel which is within the monument.
