Could have titled this "Slowly Killing Themselves" too. Cancer in all its forms has too be the most painful and terrible way to die. I have had 3 immediate family members die from various forms of cancer (1 from lung cancer. It basically destroys you one piece at a time to the point where you can't die fast enough. I think one of the best ways to help somebody "kick" the habit or prevent them from smoking all together is to have them visit someone dying from cancer for 30 days, especially if it is their last 30 days. After watching that, I'll bet they would think twice about smoking.

Dear Riny,Cancer have an initiating and promoting factors scientifically speaking, and all over the worlds and in every aspect corners all the initiating factors have been prohibited, what remains is the promoting factors, among those factors are ,just a very short assay, the animal fats, the smoke ,exhaustion fumes ,whether benzine or diesel, tobacco, spices on certain races, alcohol for certain cancers, many drug metabolites, lead, and the list is very long.
so as you see the tobacco is the least one of those.
best regards.
Saad.

Saad, Everyone knows that smoking can cause cancer when you get older, but did you know that it also has bad effects on your body right now?

Excellent, the warmth coming through in this is fantastic. Using this technique with your 'Love' series would really work IMO.

Hi Claire,

Just a suggestion but considering this is a series called love perhaps you should warm the photographs up a bit in Photoshop or maybe use black and white. Also try using a shallow depth of field capturing maybe just the facial expressions of the couple.

Like the setting it reminds me of home!

Except for some diagonal lines I don't see here any action. What's missing in my opinion is some element to catch a viewer's attention.

The leading lines direct you up to the foggy sky. I like how you can see the individual lights in a lot of the offices. Christina

The light and pose are nice in this, however the bottle looks half full. Welcome to UF, I will look at the rest of your series while I am sober.
be well, Stan

I didnt want to cut the legs but the paper of the studio background was so dirty that i had to make the choice (the people in my school are very careless with treating the studio). I definitley agree about showing more feeling, I can remember that the next time I do a similar topic. Thankyou for your critique, I am not at all offended as I value everyone's opinion.
