Thank you Harry for your question, I must admit that your comment is very valuable to me since this image is posted at the Critiquer's Corner, therefore I had to rethink about the title and it turns out it is funny and you have the right to ask, however the title derives from how some professional chefs fly and flip food during preparing and cooking, a fascinating demonstration that attracts customers most of the time.
