This is really well done. I like the composition and the tonal quality. The abandoned feel really draws the viewer into the piece, and there's so much detail that really makes for an interesting photo - the graffiti, the cracks in the fireplace, the light coming through the window

I would go back to this location and shoot some more! It would be interested to see it in color, or maybe a portrait
