why there is no comment on this picture.it's very well composed.I'm not sure but maybe you better try it with a little bit more contrast and maybe it would be better to see only the silhouettes,It's an idea.but I like this picture a lot.
You ask me what these balloons are.
In some part of my country people shoot balloons with gun but these guns are not real,they are toys.they pay money for these shots to the owner of the balloons.What I mean somebody blow up the balloons and tie them on a cord on the sea and gain money to rent his gun which is toy. That's all that I can tell about it with my limited English.hope you understand.

Amazing, before I read the prior comment, I cropped the photo to show only the hand, and I attach that. This is a gorgeous, wonderfully evocative photo . . . and the beautiful hand is just one of its virtues.
