Very well exposed.
Great tonality in the BnW.
Without the title "entrance", the viewer is a little confused as to what is happening in the image. Is it intended to be humourous?

Fantastic intimate portrait.
I find the material a little distracting on the right hand side as it is so much sharper than the face however. This is being very picky though.

A small suggestion if I may: cloning out the white snow in the bottom right hand side of the image will lessen the distraction.
