That Nikon macro lens is a jewel! Sharp, brilliant colors, no ghost images! Turn it loose on some florals. I've found that florists will give you their culls if you talk to them about your use. This picture shows color and sharpness. It needs a real subject or focal point, and some isolation of that subject. Anson

Your are right about "pretty Jane", and she is. It would be nice to see more of what looks to be a gorgeous head of dark hair, and get a better look at those expressive eyes. Anson
PS Your other family members look to be as photogenic too, so you have lots of good genes to work with.

Neat shot!!! Lovely bright colors, great frame filling composition... well spotted!!! The only thing I might change is the crop... make it square to remove those two metal bars stick out on the left and make the whole image even more abstract!!! Had a go at it, hope you don't mind... ;-D
