Hi Paula,
Nope it's not. It's the third in a triptych called Caps, and it's exactly what it is, a cap (baseballcap, that is...) It's the stitching on the rim, shot with a macro 1:1 lens at minimal DOF;o)

LOL, Aren't we the impatient one ;o) In fact, it's just what the title says it is. More DOF would maybe make a better shot, but would probably also give it away too easy.

Hi Eric, I woudn't take out the white reflection, as it would also reduce the three dimensional effect. The white adds shape and form to the red pill... I like the composition, dividing the frame into two. The texture of the metal / polymer blister is well captured, but I think a slightly DOF would balance the shot a tad more. Good experiment!

I see what you mean, and was actually thinking about taking out the reflection, but I think it would take away the capsule-effect a bit to much
