Nice shot. This is a good example of sidelighting, btu a little more contrast might help to exagerrate that. Nice work.

This is a great picture. I'm just wondering how to isolate those chairs. The part of circle on the upperleft corner, i think, is useless... and attract more that the chairs. Maybe by lowering the angle of view ...or take this picture from high angle?

I 2nd Gary & Vladimir's point that the main thing holding this image back is the sky. Good job--definitely worth another try!

love this shot.... only one suggestion... I would like to see the eyes of the subject facing more towards the flame The little kodak dc215 is a fun camera to play with.. I also have one to play with...

Very cool perspective Andrew...good job.....little blurrier background would push the the man looking into the fire out of the background more.

Great Shot Andrew, I think you should have put this in the B&W project category. It would be a fine example of this project.

Yeah, I guess the background is a bit busy, but that's easy to fix. My camera has the flash to the side of the lens which creates that shadow to the right, any easy way to get rid of that? Hmm, never looked at that their dress a uniform, I see what you mean though, a bit conformist perhaps, but I like it.
