Petrosssss! Ye olde flash was tucked away in the underside of the desk, first aimed up at him, lil too eerie for the atmosphere i wanted, so i bounced it around in there and it gave a nice glow. I will also point out this image uses my favorite combo of aperture and shutter speed, it has this weird way of producing interesting shots? odd, i know... cheers!
ps. i will upload the film version (6x6)and you can see the eerie effect i was referring to...

The way its arranged has a peculiar intelligence to it, the light is great, but somehow it aint quite to par with the other ones I'm gracing with my grand commentary visionizm

this one has a "moody" quality, but its more ominous than anything, as tom would have said its more like what it feels to be there than what it looks like>ie kudos sir, i'll snag the others i think are equally good in todays burst o comments

Thx MM and Svend, I can see your respective points about the various aspects of the composition and so forth, your suggestions will be in the back of my head when im shooting in the future of course. Now, the question is, did my execution fail so miserably that the theoretical telling details of the image (expressions, poses, etc) don't say anything, is no mood conveyed, etc etc, you get the idea. No defiling done as such but thats what im more concerned with right now, thx for putting the time in
