Thanks for the comments! He is a resident of the wildlife refuge where I work.. But we try and have all natural enclosures, so it is great for photography! He was about 20 feet away or so in this photo... give or take..
Thanks again!

Very nice use of colour and composition. I do wish the yellow/red leaf were a little sharper, but good job overall!!

Hi Sandra,
Thanks for the comment. Her wing has indeed fracturesd many years ago and it had healed incorrectly before she was brought into a wildlife rehabilitator. I work at a refuge for endangered wildlife and she is one of our unreleasable animal ambassadors! Thanks again!

I like it. The slow shutter speed and slight blurr and over exposure in parts all add to the effect. It is surreal and definately halloweenish! The oversaturated blue sky behind the figure finishes it off nicely. 'Grats.

Very nice composition, though I think I would prefer the tree on the right to be cropped out. Overall nice lighting and look though!

Thanks for the comments! Yes, I was going for more of a dreamish effect . As for how close I was.. well, this is a bit of cheating.. I work for a wildlife refuge and this is actually one of our grizzlies named "Coola" heheh.. the Raven *was* wild however

Very nice horizon shift, love the colour and the texture of the sky. Think I'd prefer less grain on the ground to accentuate the waves, but overall very well done! A shot that would look great on any wall.
