Stunning! This has a nice nostalgic feel to it. A wonderfull subject, which has been captured very well. I like the fact that you've incuded the cars on the forground, which adds considerably. Love the motion blur. Nice work Mondo!

A beautiful cityscape. You've done a lot better than I ever would. I do think that centering the skyline is one way of doing it. After all rules are meant to be broken... But I agree with Steve, croping 2/3 of the sky would be an improvement. But, you know, I would probably prefer to crop from the bottom as opossed to the sky. I'd consider croping about half of the "darker" waters. So, here I am offering crop advise (which as you know I hate doing). On my screen, the building lights do seem slightly overexposed, but with night cityscapes, it comes down to personal taste, and what you've pre-visualised.

You were very lucky to get this picture! I like the shape that the swan is taking, as well as the crispness of the surface of the water.

I love New York. This is a great image! Excellent tones and great composition. New York is such a great city for B&W images, it just adds to the mood and atmosphere. Nice work!

Funny how each of us have our own likes and dislikes and how much they all differ....
I too am distracted by the stiff hand and also by the stray hair or something directly behind her hat but I have to say those are the only things about this portrait I don't like. I think you did a wonderful job with lighting. I feel the way the light hits just parts of her sets a great mood.
Your work is beautiful

Definitely an Awesome Perspective! I also really like the greenish-cast you put on the photo, it adds a lot to it. I tried when I was last in NY to get the Cathedral all in one shot, but it proved very difficult, I was nearly on the ground trying to make it in!!
