Frank, you've done an almost perfect job of eliminating the background, the only thing that i can pick up is the part of her hair that meets her shoulder on the right hand side.
in that case i would have copied and pasted hair from another location and covered up the part that would otherwise be too lengthy and complicated to cut around.
good job.
