Wonderful photo, I love the subdued tones in the room. The composition here is almost faultless, my only niggle being the upper part of the lamp is cut off. I think you maybe should have moved the lamp out of the shot altogether but tried to keep the light from it.
There is some visible noise in the shadows... Neat Image (http://www.neatimage.com/download.html) could sort that out, it's a great program

Nice shot, the colours are great. Although I feel the blue is a little overpowering (as it seems into the street, also).
I think the composition could have been better, I dislike the shadow at the bottom of the image, and I have a huge urge to tilt my head so the building is level 
I think next time, if you go there again, that is... you should get closer and isolate some specific areas of the building. Urbis is a great place for abstracts unless you have some powerful foreground interest to show.
I need to go there again someday!

That's pretty weird actually, I have a shot of this same robot thing with a cow on it, taken from exactly the same place, rofl.

How dark was the scene? (I don't know much about b&w film, so ignore me if I make no sense) I would have thought that such a slow shutter speed at such a wide aperture would overexpose the image at ISO 3200...

Great photo, I saw this in Photography Monthly last week and it stood out to me as one of - if not THE best photo in the whole magazine. Congratulations on winning the 1st prize
Your work reminds me alot of that of Andrzej Dragan (www.andrzejdragan.com), how do you get this golden glowing effect in your photographs?
