your landscape images ? taken at night or day- are soooooo good!!
This one is no exception thers a feel of serenity that gets to the viewer even without the title

like the light and sun reflections on the beach; the breach leads my eyes naturally into the horizon; the only thing I would change is the position of the sun - I would move it more on the left not to be so central; nevertheless, like your shot

Well then... what you do is make your border... Then get the Text Tool and Just Write what you want... i usually make a new document the same size of the picture, pull the picture over to my new document and size down the picture by clicking Ctrl+t ..... THat probably didnt help you at all ... sorry im not good at explaining things sometimezzz.. ;-(
