I am looking at this image for a fourth time. I love this image and the snow. I don't see much snow where I live.

I will add a little critique if you don't mind.
How about a panorama type view to eliminate the vapor trails?
You have a fantastic image here, especially with the people adding some perspective.
I did a modification to your image to show a different viewpoint ..........hope you don't mind.

What a beautiful image John. The foreground rocks look to me as if the belong in a desert area. Strange to me, but I live on the west coast of the US, and our coastal rocks have nice shapes, but colors are just boringly dark basalt ........ Anyway, a very nice photo you have here.
As I look through your images, I am in total envy and very impressed with your ability to control of the contrast from foreground to background. Photoshop tools are a science I know nothing about.
Anyway, very nice work.

Great close up.
I don't know how it's done, but using a photoshop type program to darken the brightness at the top would help in my opinion......... Or maybe crop the top and make it a true abstract.

I love the way the trees wrap around the frame.
I'm guessing it was shot at wide angle? I'm a fog lover and I've never tried to catch something resembling this. This is truly my kind of place. Nice work gheorghe.

Thank you ahmed. I appreciate your advice.
I have taken a couple of others with this old camera. It is just my 3rd photo using it.
Maybe one of the others I took will do good in B&W too. We will see.

That person could be you? ;)

I was testing out a 1.3 megapixel camera that was given to me and this was just a snapshot.
It turned out much better than I expected for an old digital camera.
Thank you Kallol.

Ah fog............ I like this one. I need to do these, but never get up early enough. We never get this cold where I live in Oregon.

Ah, you spoiled my day... the animals are not real? I'm so sad now.
Hee hee, that is a great image of someone obviously loving her job.

This is beautiful Alain. Where does all the light come from if this is underground? I assume that some is added during editing? Whatever has been done this is great and looks like you said, a "photographic delight"

When viewing this image, I think I can almost hear how hard the wind blows here. Nice photo of this snow sculpture. Looks like not many people live out in this place.

Looks like the snow fell heavy and fast. Very good colors and with an eerie or mystical look.

Here's a clip of a conversation about a Canon 24mm TS lens.

These lenses correct parallel lines that curve inward or outward as you point a camera up or down. Like when you point a wide angle lens downward and trees lean heavily inward.
Neer having owened one, I have no idea of their limitations. These lenses will make a 35mm camera behave a bit more like a large format field camera with it's up and down motions that are able to correct perspective problems. Not cheap stuff, but they have a purpose.

That is a jaw dropping image, Ran. The mountains are so domineering. Wouldn't it be nice to wake up to such a view every morning?
I have a question tho. Did the mountains in the background appear much taller in person than we see here in the photograph? I find that through the lens, a tall mountain can lose a lot of it's true height. I would love to own a Tilt Shift lens for images like this. Anyway, very nicely composed.

Wow, this is a great image. I think a lot because of isolating the flowers so well from the background. Nicely done Indranil.

Thank you Marana. Beautiful creatures aren't they. I take very few photos like this, yet I live only 20 minutes from the beach and tide pools.

I agree with Sergio about the background in this image.
With wheat fields, maybe an out of focus barn or tractor way in the background would be better. Just a suggestion.
In most good photos, you will see that the photographer only included things in a photo that were important to him or her. Keep unneeded items or distractions out of your photos by changing the angle of your viewpoint to hide them from view. Concentrate on the part of the image that is most important, then look at the right and to the left, the top and bottom corners to see if there are things that you may not want there. It is very easy to concentrate so hard on the subject and not notice other items off to the side that you do not wish to be there.

If you are taking a photo of a wheat field, you can take a photo of the entire wheat field, or do a close up photo of a single wheat stalk. You are the photographer, so you are the one to decide those things.
Keep shooting Sajjad, it gets more and more fun as you develop a style of your own.
Best to you, Randy

They need a new image category "from a moving bus" hee hee.
I like this one. Would have been nice to get off the bus to shoot for an hour, then catch the next one.

Stan Hill, I recall your commenting on this one and I was going to reply, but it's gone????

Let me know if you commented. A comment of mine was erased overnight and I want to know if there is a problem worth contacting the site owners about. Two in a week is very strange.
