I like the tones you got here, Rob (and for me, tones come first -- they're what make me want to really look). The light on his shirt and face is perfect, as is the diagonal. Nice perspective, too!

This is a great shot with good appeal! I like what you did with the blurred background - what is in focus is EXACTLY what needs to be. Its NOT too dark, its good - don't change a thing!
