'Love' takes many different shades, indeed. I just happen to post one titled 'love'.
To point out some improvement - the horrizon is tilted to the right a bit. I had so much difficulty in keeping my horrizon straight. But still I tend to slant it a bit if I am not consicous of it.

I agree, Judi! The umbrella seems out of place in that location, especially on a clear sunny day! I was just carrying the umbrella due to the rains we have been having in California for the past couple of months. I just wanted to try it out to see how it comes. Thanks for the comments! Wonderful shot Senthil. The red umbrella seems a bit out of place but if you were wanting it to stand out then this is perfectly done. Putting it into an unexpected environment is very creative thinking.

I love the idea, I do think the umbrella could contrast more with the wildflowers. I think it gets a little lost...and maybe not even that...maybe it could just stand out more.

This photo was taken just about an year ago when I started off with my first digital camera and my hoppy of photography. I just happened to drive by this lake today after a year, and I thought about your comment. But, unfortunately I didn't see that tree anymore. I am not sure if I could not find the exact place where I saw it or it fell down or was cut as the lake is a private property :-(

Hi Senthil. I love to see the beauty of a tree captured in it's natural setting, and this shot is a classic. The warm colours are very calming, and the vertical composition accentuates the power of the tree. Congrats.

Look at the clarity of this picture, you can see all the way to the mountains. The colors really catch your eyes and draw you in and you choice of DOF in just right. Keep up the good work.
