Hi Owen,
the people in ubud regard the street monkeys as being sacred & even have a road name dediacted to them, called MONKEY FOREST ROAD.
Green & Yellow Gold as being serene,sometimes sinister & royal are the feelings i derived from the trip....
& of course,many many subtext...but don't really know how to put them in words..

this is a shrine in the elephant cave where people come for offerings & mediation.
taken in extreme darkness with only a lite source from each shirine.
below is the offerings.
i combined two pics in one as i felt this adds a little midsummer nite's to it & the feeling i derived from the cave,,,
