Thanks a lot for the tip... but the legging it too was a reference to the previous post and not that I was running alongside the dog... yes, I know I've got a weird sense of humor.... I actually did pan in this shot although the background isn't that blurry as I would've liked it to be... ;-D

Would've been a great macro with super details but for that one petal that obscures your main subject... that busy bee...
I know how difficult these shot are/can be, and all other factors are fantastic... details, DOF, colors and even composition... but I would've ditched this one for when your real 'point of focus' is 'out of focus'... MHO.
BTW the 'iso noise' is the least of your problems here... ;-D
