Great detail, excellent view. I have been attracted by the particular, it's a new shot in my opinion.

Interesting shot, especially in black and white - though I'm not sure how Buddhist purists would regard the close proximity to the top of the Buddha's head!

(Still, I suppose the traditional image of the King Cobra spread out to keep the rain off the Buddha doesn't offend so there's no reason why this should...)

Very nice. I might have cropped the bottom rather than leave such a tiny bit of lip. I like this a lot. Very peaceful. -- Naomi

Looking at this is like looking at a fascinating abstract painting. So much to see, so much left to the mind.

Beautifully done. I rather like the lighter background on the left; it adds something to the way Buddha images are often done, suggesting a world beyond the human figure.

amazing silhouette in the sky!
so mysterious.. and optimal the choice to leave one frame also in the left angle! optimal the bilanciamneto between the clear and dark parts! perhaps it is not the much vertical tower, but it is not a problem. see you later!
cheers roby

Nicely composed, the figure (Pan?) seems to explode from the hedges.

Ottimo bianco/nero.
Le foglie del fondo sono ben contrastate e sembrano, nell'insieme, delle onde di mare. Complimenti!

nice shot, Barry. Nice weighting of subjects to the left of the frame, makes the person situated there appear to be even more isolated and vunerable.

Great job capturing that image! I love fog shots, and the way they add so much depth to the picture. One thing I might have doen differently, though, would be to position the person farther to the left, so that the implied lines of the street, trees, and lights would converge on the person's head, becuase the viewer's eye automatically follows the converging lines in an image, and I think it might have more impact that way. Good photo, though. I really like it.
