The solution for your problem was to take this photo in some other part of the day, the best at "blue hour" the time just after the sunset, when the city lights are already turned on, but there is still enough light "in the air". By photographing on that time u can get some stunning night pictures with still beautiful blue sky.

U 11. mjesecu vatra, kada smo se i upoznali ;-). Inace obrati paznju da je na satu tocno ponoc (znam malo se slabo vidi) i da nema ni psa na ulici. Padala je kisa, pa otud ove fine refleksije.

Very nice ambiance and really pretty photo. I like so much this orange mist and shilouettes of the trees that are naturaly framing the photo and give it the depth.
