Thanks M.A.

A lot of people have asked how I managed to get that effect in PS!... alas... can't help them with an answer there... this was all a creation of mother nature herself :)

Thank you for looking through my portfolio... you are welcome back anytime :)

Keep well & bright x

Thank you for your comment & yes... everyday I appreciate the wonderful landscape I have around me... I am very fortunate indeed :)

Thank you also for drawing me back for another look at your portfolio... you have fantastic work in there & I hope you do not mind me adding you to my friends list... these days I find it rather hard to keep up with everyone around here & that is a perfect way to keep track of what you put on...

I love a great many of your photos & that is just at a fleeting glance so must make time to pop back for a further look

Keep well & bright

Thank you Khalid... your comment is greatly appreciated :)

I have visited your portfolio, alas at the mo I find my time pressing... although (as yet) I have not left a comment I am greatly impressed with your photos... you have some fantastic shots in there.

I do hope you don't mind but I am going to add you to my friends list so I can keep track of your photos & revisit to have a proper look when time allows :)

Keep well & bright

A lot of photography has to do with luck & a good eye... those I have... but like many others on UF I have so much to learn.

Your comment has brightened my day
Thank you again

Thank you Carl.. your feedback very good indeed. I quite like the lightness of the sand to the left, especially in contrast of the darkness & colours in the right :) Again though it's down to personal preference.

I took your advise & tried B&W on this one..

Works really well :)

Thanks again

Hi Dave... thanks for the comment.

My lack of about stikes again!

He was not digging, the sand you see on him has been blown there from the wind & his posture is due to the fact he was facing directly into the wind (hence the title) :)

Got some fantastic photos from the day but think we all ended up like my dog! lol

Hope you are keeping well & bright

Thank you for your comment Jim... yes... the sand was blowing against us with quite a force when I took these photos & I was worried about my camera.

The Lumix does not have many places sand can get into & I shielded my lens with my hand & had my larger lens hood on to keep the sand out.. to be honest I think I came off worse than my camera! lol :)

Comment greatly appreciated
Keep well & bright
