Adorable and your setting looks great. Such cute kittens. Are they yours?? Only thing I'd say is what is it in the bottom left? You might want to crop that out or clone it out. Otherwise, very cute. What did the color version look like? Angela

Krista, The kitten were probably as surprised as Jaden when the bucket went over. You have such a wonderful girl in Jaden. Your photos show the joy and love she is. Etienne

That's just what it takes unless you have time to take a clzss, which I never have time to do! I always have to learn by trial and error myself. Keep playing with it. Trya ll the settings. Iknow when I was trying to take indoor shots under a floursent light, I just sat there and tried every setting and kept snapping. Then when I got home I tried to determine the one that looked the best. that's really all I can do. (i was trying to take pics of Blake playing basektball in a gym). But as for the program you have, see if there is any sharpening too. That might help when you're phots have just that little bit of blur. I use it alot myself. Ang

Thanks Ang, I am going to have to play with it some more. Unfortunately I don't have photo shop, I have image pro which isn't as good. But I am learning. As far as my camera I am trying to figure it out. I need to take some more time with it to learn the settings. Krista

I like this shot(I'm a blacka nd white shot lover). Your eye for the framing of it is awesome, down the line like that. I wish there was a tad more clarity though. What do you have your camera set at? You can also try a bit of "unsharp mask" too to get a bit more. Angela

Should have said 1/125th second.
Any slower and you can get blur from camera and subject movement, a faster shutter speed will reduce your DOF.

Krista, More wonderful looks at the girls. But I think Jaden has a sort of evil gleem in her eyes. Perhaps she knows she will have mom's attention for the day now with sis gone!! Etienne
