You are talking here in your photon in symbolism, right, Behyar? Because you have taken a beautiful photo of your beloved woman's feet..You love everything about them.. The red laquer on the toenails, the decorations on the one foot! All this with a most panoramic background of the clear blue sky, the blue water, and the suggestion of the Cruise ship to take you both on wonderful adventures.. Am I right?!
So, for the title.. Yes, it is good, for you, "Blue is love!" You love the woman, her beautiful feet, the nature, the sky, water, etc.. Or, you could name it: "The Beauty of a Woman's Delicate, Sexy Feett!" LOL Because this is what it is really about?! Not so?

Actually this isn't a reflection is it....i just read the camera settings and long exposure means you could've moved out of the way after the flash went is that right...??
