You are correct. And in that case, the police officer(s) is not as wide as you might think at first glance. Their leather bag holds their ticket-writing pad. I've seen a car getting a ticket from one of these officers.

This is a wonderful perspective of this incredible wonder of the World Melody. Excellent details and a great inclusion to have the guards provide scale to this massive structure. Nice photo with multiple layers of meaning; it can be humorous or dramatic as you like it.
In PS, the Magic Eraser or the Replace Color function can replace that white sky with any color you like.
