Sure Anthony I can explain,
It was taken on a ship which goes on the bosphorus (from europe to asia in istanbul  ,
I put the camera on a shelf and adjusted for 16 seconds,
and that's the result...
I have some more shots from that day,
I'll upload them in them future.
