Hey Jeff,
No, I didn't use any filter when shooting this. I don't remember what paper it was printed on (it was a while ago) but it was probably Ilford glossy, that used to be my standard. I hate to break it to you, but I'm getting my first digital camera tomorrow, but I will always have a love for film and will still continue to use it. There are some images I have in my mind that won't work with digital anyways (I want to do more contact sheet images, like "Broken"). But right now I don't have access to a darkroom, and I refuse to shoot black and white and have a lab develop it, so I haven't been doing much in that area lately. I'm might even enroll in a basic photo class at the junior college just to have lab access, that's how desperate I am. :-) Thanks for your comments, they are always appreciated!

Ahhhh...3200. I loved to do studio work with T-max 3200 and one or two lights. So easy to work with. I looked through your portfolio and saw the polaroid transfer too. It seems we have common interests. I also graduated with a photography degree. What paper are you using? Are you using any filters for the 3200? Believe me, I've been through it all, I'm shooting with Neopan now. I found the 3200 to be to contrasty and I wanted to keep detail in the shadows. This one is my favorite in the series. It seems the most natural . Keep going, I know it's hard to stay motivated. I've been at it for 11 years and still struggle. Drop me an e-mail if you wish, I love talking shop with someone who still uses film.

They say hands are the best tools given in life, you certainly made good use of it here, like the inclusion of the rosary not to mention the lighting. I echo Khaled's comment regarding a larger file size, otherwise a fantastic shot Nicole, best wishes.

I think i like this one best out of the 4 you've posted so far. It gives a real sense of self harm / abuse and substituting the pain for something else. Or maybe she's just getting wrecked for the hell of it. Who knows but this is a good dramatic photo.
