Amit, this is a beautiful portrait. She really seem to be in deep thoughts. Since the subject is about her expression, i personally think a bit closer to her face would be better. I did some cropping to show what I mean. Hope you don't mind. The model is beautiful. I liked the shine on the hair. It's gorgeous.

Crop and framing are very well.
Her color skin is clear. But her eyes aren’t good sharp.
