Excellent choice of B/W here. I like the partial reflection of his face and his calm expression. The outside window area is a bit bright, but acceptable. Well done.

I'm amazed that you were able to get the head and neck in decent focus still with that slow a shutter speed. Nice panning work. The exposure too was well controlled with only a small hotspot on the back. Overall well done!
