Sarah, you had the eye to recognize the special in this scene, but unfortunately your composition and focus were not appropriate for really catching it. You might want to use some narrower aperture and to leave some unnecessary parts out, like the washed out colors of the sky at the top of the image, as they do not add anything to the scene.

Keep it up and best wishes,

Nick

Very nice, Sarah! Try also to put it not so central and get a bit more of the perspective in the background.

BTW, what depth can your camera withstand?

An abstract and a light study at the same time! Great idea and very good implementation. I would only try to get the light rays around the girl a bit stronger.

Very very nice!

Great title for this shot. Her pose really does show a feeling of freedom and joy. The lighting, especially the brightness right behind her emphasize your message. I like this a lot.

Very nice! The enhanced sky with all those clouds stand in such a contrast to the dark ground. It automatically absorbs one's sight.

The light of the sun that shines behind one of the clouds adds even more atmosphere.

Keep up the good work.

That's really a spider?? It's the strangest looking thing I have ever seen! Thanks for sharing it!

Good depth of field but maybe the spider is a little blurred, but then any I take of spiders always end up blurred :-)
