No not mine the owner lost all his possessions in the fire and was able to escape with his vehicle and truck. He lost many vehicles and one other helicopter. There were many homes destroyed this year in the fires we had.

I just love your underwater photos. With the scientific names that makes the photos more valuable. I do buy photos and would like to have them all on a CD.

Nice Papilio swallowtail. We don't have this species in my area but in my collection I have some form outside the US. The bottom side is interesting if you get a chance to photo it.

You won't hurt them. Just try to grab one and see what colors they have on them. Then you will get to know them better as Mr. Brown wing or Mr. Green wing

No need to kill them just grab them so you can photo the wings and legs. They may spit some tobacco like stuff and kick with their hind legs. I'm just curious what your winged grasshoppers look like.

It will look different this winter in snow, but spring may bring knapweed and cheat grass. The pine may start to grow but that will take years. Meanwhile this winter there is no grazing for the deer and critters.

Some people lost everything and others were untouched. The firefighters spent a lot of time doing structure protection instead of fire fighting. There were just too many fires and too big for everything to be protected. We even had some Australian fire fighters.

No preface whom ever is trouble they try to rescue. Unfortunately on Thursday nights race a horse broke it leg and they couldn't get his head out of the water and the horse had to be destroyed. In the past PETA has been here trying to cause trouble. A horse thrashing in water is not a fun thing to be around.

OK Paul, This race there were 17 horses and riders usually there is 10 to a race. They start on level ground for about 100 feet then the over the steep hill 200 feet to the Okanogan River and swim across to the arena. Some riders get tossed when they go over the hill and many get smashed up when they hit the water. Sometimes they loose a horse. There is a rescue crew in the river to save any riders or horse.

Might look good in Australia kind of a kangaroo brown. Some placea the fenders must cover the wheels making it illegal to drive on the street. Since there is no muffler it might be too loud for a quiet country like Australia. If I knew where you lived I'd love to drive it in your driveway. just to rattle the neighborhood and wake up your favorite neighbor. GOOD DAY
