This photograph is very cute and funny!! He doesn't seem to mind being photographed! By the way, The picture you commented on, on my site is used a couple of miles away form the C.N tower on bathurst and the lakeshore, across from the C.N.E grounds, so next time you are in Toronto have a look! Dirk.

This is an excellent composition Jessie. The tones are beautiful the details stunning the depth superb. I love your own presentation of it and Doyle's crop is also very good and probably about where I might have cropped. However Dave writes a lot of sense.....It is YOUR scene and how you have presented is how YOU saw it. Well done to you sweetie, wonderful work. All the best......Ray

I like your composition on this one, Jessie! Be careful though, we took our dog, Jack, in the canoe once, and he jumped out when we got to some thick reeds, thinking they were on dry land! Dave.

I DO like how you can clearly see the surface tension of the water in this one, The color and texture . . . and the way the reflected reeds seem to fade in the distance . . . very cool!

hi,Jessie...here is the definition of concentricity of which many are confusing with something other than what it is...
concentricity n : the quality of having the same center (as circles inside one another)
a good example is the concentric circle patterns on the water's surface...
love how you filled the frame and this is a great example of a high impact color shot!
regards,gayle

hi rina! thanks for asking. when the eggs are opened, each egg (both the tops and bottoms) have the exact same circle. so, 10,000 eggs split in half - 20,000 circles, exactly the same!

You could ask her to stand still. Good luck at that. Maybe you could incorporate a bit of blur in the photo, because non-stop motion is a strong characteristic of the age Lillie appears to be at. I like this photo, by the way. The tones of Lillie's skin and hair, and the blue of her dress match very well the colors and tones of her surroundings. Steve
