Lovely composition, with someone walking in, and someone walking out .. hope 2007 brings me more fun than 2006, which was quite a downyear for me personally .. at least, the base for that up is set, now we need to stay positive about our lives ..

Hi Cessy! Very fitting pictures for this time of the year! I like the long steps in the bigger one :) In the smaller one IŽd like to see the black sign (?) at the top removed. Anyway, a very nice idea, well executed!

Great person and capture, I like the arrangement of the background, dark but creative and gave the face a strong impact and figure out perfectly, nice custom wears too.

many thanks for very nice comment :)
I didn't do any special lighting. It was a candid shot during a carnival of farmers (cows going down the alps), and I just made did post processing to darken the background and some tweaking on the tones :). That's why I have put this under photoart category.

oh I often saw forums talk that it's a (very) dramatic landscape or sexy girls would have the big hits :) ... I would say it depends. sometimes even very sexy girl would not be popular, or more grey whiskers would not be popular, ..
