Very beautiful landscape. Good saturation, but try isolating the grass and increasing the blue of the green and reduce the yellow in it and that will give a richer colour but still vibrant.

Your thoughts are expressed well, I concur. The colours are gorgeous, rich really saturated. The details in each blade of grass is beautifully captured. Most of all I like your perspective nd how the grass consumes the largest amount of space in the composition. The fence breaks the grass nicely and functions as a leading line across it. Beautiful use of colour and a wicked perspective in capturing this. I love how the top right of the log rises above the tree line and how that line is repeated in the branches in the grass. The hint of blue in the sky is well placed at the top dissipitating to white where it touches the land. Nice light as well, LOL. Overall it is the details and textures that make me smile and how you engage the viewer by shooting from below the subject. A pleasure. Cheers, Gerhardt

this is a good nightscape/cityscape joe. well done. i've never been to singapore but may come down that way to try catch photos of an electrical storm.

Hi! Like your portfolio. All very nice and interesting images. This one is very nice too, has a certain dramatic in the lower part because of the reef, and a feeling of depth in the sea!

Hi Lex! Thanks for commenting my recent work! I hardly had time posting my work only after my work which is late at night. Anyway this is one of my favourite during my trip to australia. The flag really stand out cos i also increase the contrast for the flag. I also add a layer of black which is feather from away the flag. All this editing is using Photoshop CS.
