This is incredible, Txules! I love the lighting. Reminds me of a storyteller around a campfire (the lighting).

Well done!

Thank you Shirley. Now that I have a lens that really shows off DOF, I can't seem to get enough! :-D

Hey Carlen! The kids are great (god, I sound like a parent, don't I? :-D), but they've got a LOT of energy.

Thanks for the comment on the image! :-D

Beautiful image and awsome catchlights in the eyes. I'm totally in support of photographing children however they look best (and most adorable...I have to though, as a teacher I sometimes need to be reminded of how "cute" they can be when I'm exposed to the "other side" so often at work!).

Wonderful photography!

Keep 'em coming! :-D

I can see why you find humor in it, Shirley! And, honestly, it's even funnier with a color chicken sticking its neck into things! :-D

Well done!

Great capture of motion here, Alicia! A shame the face couldn't be sharper, but the exposure needed for the movement prevented it of course!

Well done! :-D

Don't know how I missed this looking through my friends' pages before, but I LOVE the distortion in this photo. I think it works really well here, ESPECIALLY in contrast to how "straight" the pavement is!

Well done, Doyle! :-D

Wonderful motion capture! I don't think I'd be brave enough to take my camera aboard a carnival ride!

Good to see you're still around, Morgan! Haven't seen you put anything up in a while! You do a wonderful job at capturing these "industrial" shots.

I love the color cast, too.

Well done!

While the horizon lays flatly centered in this photograph, the blue of the water is close enough to the water to give a good "R 'o' 1/3" impression. Also, to the upward spike of the prominent building creates good flow. I like it. And I'm not even a city person! :-D

Very nice image of one of my favorite birds. I love the way the angle of the spread wings mimics the angle of the bridge in the background. Nicely framed.

Nice photo. Having and using this lens myself, I can say that one of its drawbacks is the slow speed. I love the reach and range of the lens, but I can see how it could be an issue with the lack of lighting and a concert event. My latest attempts at sports photography made use of this lens and I wasn't really that upset by my results! Sure was glad to have the monopod, though! :-) Easy to shake at 500mm.

Well done! :-D

Nice shot here, too, Edward!

Breaking the sound barrier or just a humbid day for the show? :-)

haha

I could probably still play any of the shows from my senior year though by heart and it's been YEARS since graduation!

But I didn't. :P
