The detailing is clearer in this one Phil and I can see the subtle differences. The tones are not quite as dark and dramatic as your award winning version and they are a little more to my own taste. The man has also been featured in another recent composition and I love your post work creativity. All the very best.

What a wonderful treasure trove of shots you have captured in this enchanting city Phil. This is another beautiful conversion from photograph into superb art form, indeed yet again it looks like an old oil painting and looks truly wonderful in full panoramic. I would hang one of your Venice shots on my wall, but which one?? They are all mouthwateringly fantastic. Best wishes my friend.

Really great to talk to you earlier Phil. An excellent image here. Well composed using the wall on the left to lead the eye up to the focal point. The walls and the tree branches aalso provide a nice frame and the stairs are a clean background for the figure. The gritty mono treatment provides the perfect mood.
