Not everything is straight. The world is round isn't it?

I think the sky is to dark.Based on your comment it really
does not look like early morning light.
Maybe I would crop it just on top of the rocks on the bottom.
I like the colors and the reflection is outstanding. Nice and sharp also.

Good choice to use B&W as it gives a somewhat grainy effect to the scene.I think the headlights are a little distracting but the man with the newspaper is perfect.I would like to have seen more of the conductors face- a little Photoshop might have brought that out. Overall a very nice "underground" street shot.

I like the perspective,I like the color, I like the detail.
What's not to like. Outstanding sky really adds to this composition.

I like the title and the layout. The objects are well placed to make an interesting composition.Color and details are good. I would like to see it without the shadows.

As soon as I saw this I had to laugh, they are so cute. If a photograph evokes an emotion you have done a good job. You have.

Nice job John. I find it hard to get exposure on black. Right on the mark on this one. Those eyes tell the story.
Thanks for your many comments.

The problem with his shot is that it is not sharp. You have a fast shutter speed to get a crisp image but there must have been some camera shake or movement or the cameras was out of focus. Also the background adds nothing to the photo. Its unfortunate because you did a good job of composing the seagull in flight. Sometimes you just don't have time to get everything right when you you have only one opportunity to take the shot.I guess that's the difference between us and the pro's.

I like duck photo's but I think if front duck was in focus it would have made for a better composition.

I think a slower shutter speed would have produced a better image.A more milky flow of water. Otherwise its a good shot.

Infrared looks great. At first I thought it was a snow scene.
All you used was the IR 72 filter?

Thanks for your comments John. This one has almost the same pink tint as my last one. I shot it on 8/4-Did you do this one on the same morning?Unless this is a sunset.
