Can't remember where I read this or who wrote it but it's stuck in my head and goes something like this: *If we didn't take photos of the same thing over and over, then we would all have to destroy our cameras.*
Personally, I never tire of seeing how slow shutter speeds work on moving water. This is no exception. And yes, the cool blue makes this an outstanding image to view. Well done. One thing I would change however, is the frame. Every inch of this scene should be visible as a whole.
