What can I say Melissa? Wonderful image. Simply wonderful. So few of us do still life that is is always refreshing to see it and see it done so well. Marvelous print quality too. Always love your work. The bar has been raised now the rest of us need to get to work. James

I just checked out your website--fabulous work over there. Everyone should take a look at it.
I can't stand most wedding photography, but I even enjoyed that part of your portfolio. If I'd seen it before getting married, I would have seriously considered giving you folks a call.

Great textures and tonality. I've been putting off experimenting with PMK, but I think I'm going to try it in the not too distant future for large format.
I think I would do something to control the reflections more on the eggplant. It looks like I can see a lightstand in there and other shapes from the room. You can use large black cards to create a black reflection, taking out unwanted reflections, and white cards to shape the object.

Melissa very nicely done, wonderful tones and texture in your still life. Don't you just love pyro. I wish the leaves were arranged a bit differently but other than that it is really beautiful.
