Great time of day to take this photo. It's tough sometimes to foresee what lights will shine brightest on a night photo when composing an image. Unfortunately the brightest light in this image doesn't compliment the composition. I would try to dodge the bright white light on the center left. It is quite bright and strongly draws my eye from the lines of perspective pulling my eye deep into the scene. I would definitely keep at it. A little experimentation goes a long way with such photos.
