Hi Dennis!
In the ramp sometimes we shoot from the 4 ft below where the models stand. Often the shot comes to steep to comprehend. More over this posture is dedicated to Indian costumes to display a good amount of the lower portion of the "Sari". The foot in front is her left leg. The model stands extending her leg towords the front while holding back the upper portion of her body gracefully.
To give it a more odd look I've distorted the perspective quite heavily and that's why it is so apparently abnormal.

Another creative photoart! I like the strong colours (those particular blues and reds are my favourites). The only thing I find a bit odd is the feet, which don't seem to be matching the face - are they pointing the opposite direction as the face is looking? Other than this little question the overall composition is very eye-catching. Nice work.
