Oh, I know that movie - it was simply great!

Atoms are completely different universes than the universe that we see, but nonetheless a great movie and a great photographical interpretation of it.

Go drink my shrinking coffee now, I have to see if you captured the atoms correctly ;-)

Thanks for all of the encouragement Nick.
There was an old movie called "The incredible Shrinking Man". He got so small at the ens he saw atoms as universes. This reminded me of that.

Fantastic work of a world right out of fantasy! The coloring and the contrast of foreground to background works hand in hand here. A design of a strange foregn world!

Congratulations!

I think you're right but the worst of it is little blow outs there making the contrast extreme. It's slightly overexposed.

I love the colours, but it's like there's some weird oversharpening happening in the foreground...

You are right. Wish i could think about an image as well as you can Greg. I'm going to try a black and white of a similar image. Sort sci fi effect coming from the arcs in the background I thought...

This is cool - love the angle of the foreground subject and the way the light interacts with it. imho to much interferance from the background.
