Thank you, Cathy for your input. I was a little bit concerned about the mirror image being clear when I took the shot. You know how it is when you have your mind made up as to how it should look. Oh well I'm glad I took a few others without my hang-up. I have to say I like the shot whether others do or not. LOL
I went to your portfolio and found your photographs especially of the boy looking through the hole in the tree and will go back to comment on it when I'm not so fatigued.

the blurred reflection shows the clarity of leave better. it seems that the water is a thick liquid which hardly let the leave move. also there is a nice contrast between soft mirro like water and the rough ground!

Good choice to go with this one, we all forgive a little blur on reflections. I like the way you have captured the change in surface tension around the edge of the leaf. Cathy
