Super shot. Perfect exposure, and lovely perpective. One suggestion, if I may Brian. I wished that the mans head should have been below the hillock in the back ground and within the scattered hay area. The separation would have been better and i guess would have enhanced the pix.
This one rocks anyways. Congrats on BIP..

Wow, congratulations on the Best in Project, Brian!

So, playing around with my 10mm, I noticed a huge difference when tilting the lens up or down. Do you try to keep the camera aimed at the horizon when shooting ultra-wide shots?

Your use of ultra-wide, by the way, was one of the inspirations for me to get mine! You ROCK.

Wonderful. I won't spend too much words repeating all the things they told you yet, I'm just so sorry that it's not one my pictures...;-)

Wonderful perspective, sky and centered subject that in this case seems quite right. A sad maybe humble man bowing for the big universe. The stones in each side makes the composition balance and makes me think of the stones that are always put on top of each other up on mountaintops as if this was on the highest peek...of mind, of feeling?? Great shot.
Best wishes,
Annemette
