Great way to capture what you saw!! Seriously hainting image, and wonder motion with the stark lines of the pier and the dead cold of the water.
Outstandin HDR b/w image with wicked emotion. The blanket of fog, the ambient reflections, the lonely boat that's roped to the dock... outstanding!
As Ansel Adams would say, "I pull what I exposed out of the negative", you did so here, in fine... modern... form!
