I'm very glad you chose to post this one! It is full of meaning, at least to me/us!I like the way light is pouring through the petals and making them shine. The tops look like shadowy butterflies!
Please, have a look at my posting today and find consolation in that flower! We have a lot of flowers blooming here, the camellias, the shy tiny and delicate narcissus and the winter peonies!There are many others, but I don't know their names!

Thanks very much Andrzej. When I considered the format at the beginning of the workflow I thoutgh that the two cyclamens seemed to have a powerful trend towards the high due to the diagonal composition and the growing from the absolute red to the absolute black. So I preferred to leave space in the top of the picture. I thought so but I was wrong as you have rightly observed. In fact I too like better the cropped image shown in the attachment.
Your comment is a good example of a very usefull critique. Thanks again Andrzej.

Guiseppe, great colors and wonderful DoF, I would however off center the flowers to add a bit of dynamics to the composition. I would crop off the top part and trade it for the bottom if you have any good room for that but I know from my own experience that often what I'm showing is just the best I can get from the shot cropping. I'm pretty often struggling with the problem to learn one more time how important is the composition at first place. Ciao, NJ
