Hi Leo,
Congrats on the Award for this one. It is well deserved. This is a very interesting image and I'm not really even sure why it works. You would think that with all those criss-crossing patterns that the image would be very distracting and over detailed. It is almost like the opposite effect takes place. For some reason the viewers are almost hypnotized into a soothing blend. I can't think of any other way to describe it. Anyway it is obvious that this shot was no accident and you had this planned.
So, Congrats again!
