It's a very inventive portrait, breaks all the rules yet works. Hard to believe that it was accidental - maybe you should try this sort of thing more often - and unusual to see the hair in better focus than the eyes. I tend to agree with Ricardo about the square lights but on the other hand they can be sen as adding to the quirkiness.

I was toying with the idea of getting reflective brollies - I'm told they are easier to set up than soft boxes - and would give round catchlights!
