About There are actually a number of bridges in Kimble County Texas, but this is my favorite. If you look closely at the support pylons you can see the high water mark of the South Llano River. There are a lot of personal regrets with this image. I shot the wrong film, I only had three exposures left on the roll and no extra film, I allowed myself to be rushed by another person and this is the best of the three images. I'll try it again later in the year and see how much better I can do.

Hey, this could use a little help, but it's nothing to regret, George.

Never regret a photo taken. Only regret the ones you did NOT take. ;)

Lido - You are correct... this was taken in the late afternoon, and yes I agree about showing more of the river. When I shoot this again later in the year I will work to correct all the shortcomings. I will be doing a portfolio on the rural bridges of Texas. The camera I used here, and in a couple of other posted images is a real gem. Olympus packed it full of great features, starting with a super lens. If you can ever get hold of one, you'll find it to be a great back-up to your OM cameras. It is not small and lightweight though, but the ergonomics were well engineered by people that know what they are doing.

Ah, my old friend... you are at it again. You so often use a camera I have never heard about. It must be a very old one, like yourself. About this image, it look like either early morning or late afternoon. I think maybe you should shoot with more sun to the backside. Also I think it would be good to see more of river. Ciao!
